Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the booking and purchase of holiday home stays offered on the website https://treasurerome.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). By using the Website, or by conducting the booking process through our Team (es. by email, phone, text) the user fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Prices and Taxes
All prices indicated on the Website refer exclusively to the stay and do not include the mandatory tourist tax required by local regulations. This tax must be paid separately upon arrival or as specified in communication with the customer.
Booking and Confirmation
The booking is considered confirmed only when the deposit is charged to the credit card provided by the customer. The amount of the deposit and the payment terms will be specified during the booking process.
In-Person Check-in
– In-person check-in is available from 16:00 (4:00 PM) to 21:00 (9:00 PM).
– After 21:00 (9:00 PM), a late check-in can be arranged with an additional fee of €70, to be paid upon arrival. After midnight the fee is 100€
Changes and Cancellations
The policies regarding changes and cancellations will be indicated at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, any fees or penalties will be retained as communicated during the purchase process.
Liability
The management company declines any responsibility for damages resulting from improper use of the facilities or failure to comply with the stay rules. Guarantee for damages is required from guests on arrival, either providing credit card number or in other agreed form. Damage guarantee caps at 2000€.
We strongly recommend to activate travel insurance for your travels for your peace of mind, accidents happen.
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. For any disputes arising from the application or interpretation of these conditions, the competent court is that of Rome, Italy.
